3M™ Paint and Rust Stripper, 03172, is a 4 inch grinding disc with twice the grinding surface as our regular grinding disc. This disc removes rust, scale and old paint from metal. It attaches easily to an electric drill and is made with a double-thick Scotch-Brite™ web which strips quicker, lasts longer and cuts faster than conventional sandpaper.
