The Fulton economy spare tire carrier with STL spare tire lock has been tested tough, and is designed to bolt and lock the spare tire to the trailer tongue which keeps it neatly out of the way, and prevent theft. The lock features a locking tab that provides positive locking to prevent the lock from turning, enabling easy access.
