OEM Bolt Extractor

I drilled the broken exhaust bolt out and tapped the bolt extractor in, turned it counter clock-wise and the bolt stripped the bolt extractors teeth off. It didn't break off, but it didn't do the job. I want a tool that does what it says it will do! It says it has a limited warranty. That if it wears out due to normal wear they will replace it, just visit thier web site, but they don't tell you how to get a hold of them, or what thier web site is. I admitt it was only like $4, but give me a break!
