Should work well for heads with normal length spark plug threads. Short threads like lawn mowers and chainsaws it is hard to keep the tap aligned properly. Engine will need to be disassembled to ensure all metal shaving are removed.

Pros: well made, simple

Cons: doesn't work well for short spark plugs, must have enough good threads to allow tap to enlarge hole
