Can never have enough tools

Long story short, new to me '70 Camaro, horn doesn't work, broken part is under steering wheel lock plate, which is held in w/ a c-clip w/ a very strong spring pushing against it. You're not pushing it in w/ your fingers. Jury rigged a way to get it apart, but w/ the new part now in, no way to get it back together. Saw on a 2nd gen camaro forum showing THE tool to solve my problem, and guess what, Auto Zone stocks it and loans it out for free. What a deal. 20 minute ride to get the tool, 2 mintes to use it and get the lock plate back in and secured and another 20 minute ride to return it. And now i see you can buy it for like $15. Sold!!! Nothing like having a tool that's made exactly for the job at hand.
