After cleaning the interior walls of my panel van, then wiping the surfaces with lacquer thinner, the spray undercoating would not dry, became splotchy with the paint rolling off the original finish. I had to wipe it all off, made an awful mess. Probably my fault, must have prepped the surface wrong, but I am going for a refund for the 2 cans I wasted.

Pros: none that I can see

Cons: runs and won't dry
