• Specialty Friction Modifier fluid is supplied when required by specific applications.
• Tooth Contact Pattern is run and the Backlash is checked for noise, vibration and harshness
• Pinion Assembly is set to OEM specifications for proper break-in and smooth operation and checked for rotating torque.
• Runout, is carefully inspected to meet OEM specifications for optimum differential performance and long unit life.
• Gears are carefully inspected and replaced is necessary.
