REPLACEMENT
The turn signal/hazard warning flasher relay on the 1983-88 Cressida is located under the instrument panel, to the right of the steering column. On the 1989-90 Cressida this same relay is located behind the driver's side kick panel on top of the integration relay. The turn signal/hazard warning flasher relay on the Van models is located under the right-hand side of the instrument panel above the left side of the fuse/relay block.
To replace a relay or flasher, simply pull the relay or flasher out of the fuse block by hand and place the new one in the same position.
