    Front Wiper Blade
    EXCEPT 1994 UTILITY models
    1. Lift the wiper arm up into the serviceable position.
    2.  
    3. Press down on the locking tab of the blade assembly, then pull the assembly forward to disengage it from the wiper arm.
    4.  

    To install:
    1. Position the pivot of the blade assembly into the hook of the wiper arm assembly and pull upwards until the locking tab of the pivot engages the slot and in the hook. Make sure the blade assembly is firmly engaged.

    3. Place the wiper arm back in its normal position.
    4.  

    1994 utility models
    1. Turn the ignition switch ON and turn the wipers ON . Once the wipers reach the midway point, turn the ignition switch OFF . The wipers should stay in the middle of the windshield.
    2.  
    3. Press down on the blade retainer using a suitable tool, then pull the blade assembly off the wiper arm pin.
    4.  

    To install:
    1. Press the blade assembly into engagement by snapping it onto the wiper arm pin.
    2.  

    Rear Wiper Blade
    1994 MODELS
    1. Place the wiper in a position that they are easy to work on and move the arm up into a suitable position.
    2.  
    3. Press down on the blade retainer using a suitable tool, then pull the blade assembly off the wiper arm pin.
    4.  

    To install:
    1. Press the blade assembly into engagement by snapping it onto the wiper arm pin.
    2.  

    EXCEPT 1994 MODELS
    1. Lift the wiper arm up into the serviceable position.
    2.  
    3. Press down on the locking tab of the blade assembly, then remove the blade assembly from the inside radius of the wiper arm.
    4.  
    5. Bring the wiper arm out through the opening in the blade assembly.
    6.  

    To install:
    1. Install the wiper blade on the arm assembly making sure the blade is fully seated and the locking tab engages.

    Front Wiper Arm

    1. To aid in installation, use a non-permanent marker and mark the position of the wiper arm assembly on the windshield.
    2.  
    3. Remove the cover from the wiper assembly.
    4.  
    5. Unfasten the arm retaining nut, then remove the arm.
    6.  

    To install:
    1. Install the arm assembly and tighten the retaining nut to 17 ft. lbs. (23 Nm).
    2.  
    3. Install the wiper arm cover and check the wiper operation.
    4.  

    Rear Wiper Arm
    1994 MODELS
    1. Disconnect the wiper arm hose from the connector above the roof trim panel.
    2.  
    3. Use a suitable non-permanent marker to indicate the proper park position of the wiper arm on the glass. This will aid during installation.
    4.  
    5. Remove the grommet on the washer hose from the hole in the glass.
    6.  
    7. Lift the wiper arm off the glass and insert a 1 / 8 inch diameter drift pin or an equivalent tool, through the wiper arm hole.
    8.  
    9. Remove the wiper arm from the shaft using a rocking motion.
    10.  
    11. Remove the drift pin.
    12.  

    To install:
    1. Straighten out the wiper arm and insert the drift pin into the hole.
    2.  
    3. Align the arm assembly with the park position assembly made on the glass during removal, then press down on the arm head casting until it seats and locks onto the shaft.
    4.  
    5. Remove the drift pin, then install the grommet and washer hose.
    6.  

    1995-99 MODELS
    1. Make sure the wiper arm is in the park position.
    2.  
    3. Disconnect the hose assembly from the elbow from the vehicle connector.
    4.  
    5. Remove the cover from the wiper assembly.
    6.  
    7. Unfasten the arm retaining nut, then remove the arm.
    8.  

    To install:
    1. Install the arm assembly on the shaft in the park position with the arm resting on the wiper arm park ramp.
    2.  
    3. Install the nut and tighten to 17 ft. lbs. (23 Nm).
    4.  
    5. Install the wiper arm cover and connect the hose elbow.
    6.  
    7. Check for proper wiper operation.
