    Very poor quality/finish

    The first thing I noticed when I took the rotors out of the box is one had a small chip on the outer corner of the wear surface. It was dissapointing but not enough to stop me from installing them until things got much worse from there. The next thing I noticed is when I flipped the rotor over to look at the inside and inspect the portion that would contact the hub, I noticed there were two spots where there were chips/overspray from the Z coating they apply. I had to use a screwdriver to scrape it off and I still couldn't get it close to perfectly smooth without sanding it down and putting work into it. Now the chip of coating was sticking out close to a millimeter and that was just about 2 inches from the center point of the axle. So if the average person takes them out of the box and wipes them down and doesn't look at the inside close and see the hardened chip, they could have 4-6 mm of run off right off the bat upon installing the rotors!! This is unnacceptable. I didn't give up there. I did the best I could at sanding it down and getting it flat. After cleaning the hub surface with a wire wheel I was ready to install the rotor. I put the rotor on and checked the runoff and it was terrible. I knew something wasn't right. I tried taking the rotor off, checking my hub runoff which was in check. Then tried putting the rotor back on several times and it had a slight rock in it and I just couldn't get it to seat properly. I was attracted to these rotors because of the rust coating, the warranty, and the 20% off deal. These are junk and cost me far more than what it was worth in wasted time. Luckily the garbage man hadn't come as I had to go back to the end of the driveway to get the old rusty rotor and put it back on which it seated perfect. This was a waste of hours. Very dissappointing.

    Cons: Warped out of the box. Paint chip/overspray on hub contact area creating excess runoff upon installation
