Keep up w/ the old screws you took out, you will need them to install the new one. After removing old regulator, install the new one by sliding it in the way you took the old one out. Make sure the motor is on the side of the regulator it needs to be, and ready to mount, but wait and let it hang loose, for you will need the slack. Go ahead and mount top nuts first, and then bottom mini bolts of the regulator. They are hard to reach, and I used locking needle nose pliers to hold the nuts while,I tighten the bolts w/ a socket driver. The piece of paper towel in the socket trick came in handy, and helped hold the bolt while fastening. I used a suction cup to hold the glass up, so I could access the mounting holes easier. Once you have the regulator mounted, then gently lower glass on its rider, and then I mounted and plugged up the motor to its respected place. Then I powered up the motor and use it to help access the rider mount screws easier, by lowering and raising window until I could access those mounting screws easier. It took me 3 hours from start to finish, but probably could do it faster next time, for this was the first time for me. Excluding the door panel, its 6 nuts/ bolts on regulator mount , and 3 for the motor mount. Piece of cake, just some of the mounting screws are hard to access due to the limited space and was what consumed most of the time.

Pros: Matched right up to existing holes and power sockets.

Cons: Sharp edge on regulator will cut you like a knife and no mounting screws.
