Oil pressure Sensor signal circuit is open or shorted to battery voltage or to 5v supply circuit
 
Oil pressure Sensor ground circuit is open
 
Oil pressure Sensor is damaged or has failed
 
PCM has failed

Engine Oil Pressure Low

Possible Causes:



Engine oil system or engine mechanical faults
 
Oil pressure Sensor signal circuit is shorted to battery voltage or to ground
 
Oil pressure Sensor signal circuit has high resistance

Oil pressure Sensor return circuit has high resistance
