  1. With the ignition OFF , remove the relay to be tested from its mount.
  2.  
  3. Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity between terminals 3 and 4 on Integra and 1988-90 Legend; terminals A and B on Vigor and 1991-93 Legend. There should be no continuity.

  5. Apply 12 volts to terminal 1 and ground terminal 2 on Integra and 1988-90 Legend; terminals C and D on Vigor and 1991-93 Legend. There should now be continuity between terminals 3 and 4 on Integra and 1988-90 Legend; terminals A and B on Vigor and 1991-93 Legend.

  7. Remove the test equipment. Reinstall the relay if it is to be reused.
