  1. Remove the rear view mirror, sun visors, pillar trim, front wipers and the air scoop.
  2.  
  3. Remove the left and right windshield brackets and the side moldings.
  4.  
  5. Peel out the top molding and pull down on the headliner. Apply tape to the body work and the dashboard.
  6.  
  7. Punch a hole through the adhesive and feed a length of piano wire through the hole. Wrap the ends of the wire around dowels and saw through the adhesive all the around the windshield. A helper inside the car will be necessary.
  8.  
  9. Cut the spacers from the body.
  10.  

To install:
  1. Remove all traces of the old adhesive, but do not damage the paint. Clean the areas with alcohol. Apply the spacers to the opening.
  2.  
  3. If reusing the old glass, clean the glass with alcohol. Apply the upper molding to the windshield using adhesive.
  4.  
  5. Place the windshield in place and align. Mark the alignment for after the adhesive is applied.
  6.  
  7. Apply the rubber dams. Prime the glass with glass primer and the body with body primer. You have 10 minutes to install the glass from this point.
  8.  
  9. Mix the adhesive and apply to the glass. Install the glass and seat into place aligned with the marks.
  10.  
  11. Install the brackets and trim. Allow to set for at least 4 hours and check for leaks. Install the rest of the removed items.

  3. Remove the left and right windshield brackets and the side moldings.

  5. Peel out the top molding and pull down on the headliner. Apply tape to the body work and the dashboard.
