Removal & Installation




CAUTION
Before beginning service, thoroughly review ALL of the High Voltage (HV) system and general precautions at the beginning of this section. Failure to do so can result in serious personal injury or death.


WARNING
Do not damage or scratch the radiator and condenser assembly and sub-radiator core when removing.

  1. Drain the coolant from the inverter cooling system, as outlined in this section.
  2.  
  3. Remove the air duct.

  5. Remove the front grille by removing the front grille clips, then releasing the grille tabs from the front bumper fascia.
  6.  
  7. Disconnect the clamp (A) and the upper outlet hose (1) from the sub-radiator (2).

  9. Disconnect the clamp (A) and the lower inlet hose (1) from the sub radiator (2).

  10.  
  11. Remove the bolts (A), then remove the sub radiator (1) from the vehicle.

  12.  
  13. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
