Removal & Installation

  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
  2.  
  3. Open the glove box (A), and detach the hook (B) of the glove box damper.
  4.  
  5. While holding the glove box, release the glove box stop (C) on each side from the dashboard by pushing them in.
    WARNING
    Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.

  6.  
  7. Close the glove box (A), then remove the bolts and remove the glove box.

  8.  
  9. Remove the cabin dust and pollen air filter assembly (A) from the evaporator.

  10.  
  11. Remove the filter (A) from the housing (B), and replace the filter.

To install:

  1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
  2.  
  3. Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the blower unit.
