Possible Causes:



EVAP vapor hose blocked between the fuel tank and the LDP (i.e., in the OLFV, rollover or vapor hose)
 
EVAP canister is clogged or full of dirt or moisture
 
EVAP ventilation solenoid is damaged or has failed
 
Purge line is loose, damaged or incorrectly routed
 
PCM has failed

High Speed Radiator Fan Relay Circuit Malfunction

Possible Causes:



HFAN radiator relay control circuit is open or shorted to ground
 
HFAN radiator relay power circuit is open (test power to IGN)

Possible Causes:



DRB or scan tool displays a "write" failure occurred

PCM has failed

Possible Causes:



Clear the trouble codes and retest for the same trouble code. If DTC P1697 resets, replace the PCM and then reprogram it.
