REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
Raise and support the rear of the vehicle safely using jackstands under the frame or axle. If supporting the vehicle by the frame, position a floor jack under the axle to unload the stabilizer bar.
Remove the stabilizer bar-to-lower control arm bolts, then remove the stabilizer bar from the vehicle.
If necessary, remove the fasteners and separate the stabilizer bar brackets from the control arms.
If removed, install the stabilizer bar brackets to the control arms and tighten the retainers to 21 ft. lbs. (29 Nm).
Position the stabilizer bar to the vehicle, then install and tighten the stabilizer-to-bracket fasteners to 52 ft. lbs. (70 Nm).
Remove the jackstands and carefully lower the vehicle.
