REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

Front
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Raise and support the vehicle safely.
  2.  
  3. Properly support the bumper. As required, disconnect all the necessary electrical connections at the turn signal assemblies and the cornering light housings.
  4.  
  5. On the vehicles without the energy absorber type bumper, remove the bolts from the frame and remove the bumper.
  6.  
  7. On vehicles equipped with the energy absorber type bumper, remove the bolts from the reinforcement to the energy absorber (each side) and remove the bumper assembly.
  8.  
  9. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.

Rear
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Raise and support the vehicle safely.
  2.  
  3. Properly support the bumper. As required, disconnect all the necessary electrical connections at the tail light assembly housings.
  4.  
  5. On the vehicles without the energy absorber type bumper, remove the bolts from the frame and remove the bumper.
  6.  
  7. On vehicles equipped with the energy absorber type bumper, remove the bolts from the reinforcement to the energy absorber (each side) and remove the bumper assembly.
  8.  
  9. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
