REMOVAL & INSTALLATION



Procedure A

Procedure A applies to all 1996-97 minivan vehicles, as well as 1998 Voyager and Caravan only models, equipped with fog lights.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the 2 screws securing the fog light to the bumper.
  4.  
  5. Pull the fog light housing out and unclip the back cover.
  6.  
  7. Disengage the wiring connector from the bulb.
  8.  
  9. Disengage the light bulb wire spring retainer and remove the bulb.
  10.  


WARNING
Do not touch the replacement bulb with your fingers. Oil contamination from your fingers will severely shorten the life of the bulb. If the bulb comes in contact with any oily surface, clean the bulb with rubbing alcohol.

  1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
  2.  
  3. Verify fog light operation.
  4.

Procedure B applies to 1998 Town & Country models only, as well as all 1999 minivan vehicles, equipped with fog lights.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Reach around behind the front bumper fascia and remove the bulb by rotating it counterclockwise.
  4.  
  5. Disengage the wiring connector from the fog light bulb base.
  6.  
  7. Replace the bulb.
  8.  


WARNING
Do not touch the replacement bulb with your fingers. Oil contamination from your fingers will severely shorten the life of the bulb. If the bulb comes in contact with any oily surface, clean the bulb with rubbing alcohol.

  1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
