REMOVAL & INSTALLATION



Cirrus, Stratus, Sebring Convertible and Breeze

See Figure 1

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the instrument cluster from the vehicle.
  4.  

When handling or storing the instrument cluster, make sure that the overlays are not damaged. If you put the cluster down, make sure it is in the face-up position, or the gauge operation will be damaged.

  1. Loosen the retaining screws and remove the mask/lens from the instrument cluster assembly.
  2.  
  3. Disengage the odometer/transaxle range indicator connector from the printed circuit board.
  4.  
  5. Remove the applicable gauge mounting screws and remove from the housing.
  6.  
  7. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
  8.

Sebring Coupe and Avenger

See Figure 2

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the instrument cluster from the vehicle.
  4.  

When handling or storing the instrument cluster, make sure that the overlays are not damaged. If you put the cluster down, make sure it is in the face-up position, or the gauge operation will be damaged.

  1. Carefully disengage the plastic clips and remove the cluster glass and window plate from the cluster housing.
  2.  
  3. Disconnect the applicable gauge from the printed circuit board.
  4.  
  5. Remove the applicable gauge from the housing.
  6.  
  7. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
  8.
