REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the lower right under panel silencer duct.
  4.  
  5. Remove the blower motor connector from the resistor block.
  6.  
  7. Squeeze the blower motor wiring grommet and push the grommet through the blower motor housing cover.
  8.  
  9. Remove the blower motor housing cover.
  10.  
  11. Remove the screws that secure the blower assembly to the heater or air conditioning housing and remove the assembly from the unit.
  12.  

To install:
  1. Position the blower motor in the heater unit and secure in place with the screws.
  2.  
  3. Install the blower housing onto the unit and secure in place with the retaining screws.
  4.  
  5. Attach the blower lead wire connector.
  6.  
  7. Connect the negative battery cable and check the blower motor for proper operation.
