1967-69 Models

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
  2.  
  3. Disconnect the speedometer cable at the back of the speedometer.
  4.  
  5. Remove the 4 screws and carefully remove the mounting plate and glass.
  6.  
  7. Pull the cluster out of the panel just far enough to disconnect the wiring. If the cluster is equipped with a mechanical oil pressure gauge, disconnect and plug the tube.
  8.  
  9. Installation is the reverse of removal.
  10.  

1970-73 Models

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the 4 cluster mounting screws.
  4.  
  5. Pull the cluster out of the panel just far enough to disconnect the wiring. Disconnect the speedometer cable.
  6.  
  7. Installation is the reverse of removal.
  8.  

1974-77 Models

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the cluster mounting screws.
  4.  
  5. Pull the cluster out just far enough to disconnect the speedometer cable, printed circuit board multiple connector and gauge wires.
  6.  
  7. Installation is the reverse of removal.
  8.  

1978-88 Models

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the screws securing the instrument panel hood and bezel. Pull the bezel off of the upper retaining clips.
  4.  
  5. Remove the cluster mounting screws.
  6.  
  7. Pull the cluster out just far enough to disconnect the speedometer cable.
  8.  
  9. Unplug the wiring connectors at the back of the cluster.
  10.  
  11. Installation is the reverse of removal.
