REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

  1. Raise and safely support the vehicle securely on jackstands.
  2.  
  3. Remove the nut and washer from the link bolt at the lower control arm.
  4.  
  5. Remove the link bolt, retainers, insulators and spacer from each control arm.
  6.  
  7. Remove the bolts from the sway bar retainers.
  8.  
  9. Remove the sway bar from the vehicle.
  10.  

To install:
  1. Carefully inspect the retainer and link bushings. Replace as necessary.
  2.  
  3. Position the sway bar on the vehicle.
  4.  

Perform final tightening of all suspension components with the vehicle at ride height.

  1. Install the sway bar retainers bolts.
  2.  
  3. Install the link bolt, retainers, insulators and spacer on each control arm.
  4.  
  5. Install the nut and washer on the link bolt at the lower control arm.
  6.  
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8.  
  9. Tighten the retainer bolts to 16 ft. lbs. (23 Nm).
  10.  
  11. Tighten the link nut to 100 inch lbs. (11 Nm).
