Diagnostic Connector

Print

See Figures 1 and 2

There is a Data Link Connector (diagnostic connector), located inside the vehicle, under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. The diagnostic connector is used as a link between the DRB® or equivalent scan tool and the PCM. The PCM communicates with the scan tool through the data link receive and transmit circuits. You can connect the scan tool to the data link connector to access any stored DTC's.
