The 1994-95 models utilize circuit breakers to protect three circuits: the headlamps and high beam indicator circuit (20 amps); the power windows, power seat, and power door lock circuit (20 amps); and the convertible top (if equipped) circuit (25 amps). The headlamp and high beam indicator circuit breaker is an integral part of the headlight switch; if it becomes faulty, the entire switch must be replaced. The power window/seat/lock circuit breaker is located near the starter motor relay. The convertible top circuit breaker is located in the fuse junction panel, under the left-hand side of the instrument panel.
The 1996-98 models only utilize the headlamp and high beam indicator circuit breaker, which is still an integral part of the headlight switch.
All of these circuit breakers are self-resetting and do not need to be manually reset. If the breakers do not reset themselves, they must be replaced with new ones.
