Move the spare tire to one side, then remove the light sockets from the lamp body. Remove the mounting nuts attaching the wire harness clips to the lamp body. Remove the nuts attaching the lamp body to the rear panel and remove the lamp from the vehicle. Disengaging the sockets from the lamp unit will gain you access to bulb removal. Position the lamp to the rear of the vehicle and install the retaining nuts. Attach the wire harness retaining clips, and light sockets. Position the spare tire back in the trunk.

The bulbs can be replaced by removing the retaining screws and the door and lens assembly. To remove the lamp body, lower the rear bumper and remove the light body attaching nuts.
