REMOVAL & INSTALLATION



Front Fascia

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the air cleaner assembly, as required.
  4.  
  5. Remove bumper filler panel.
  6.  
  7. Remove the fascia center bracket at the front end panel reinforcement.
  8.  
  9. Disconnect all electrical equipment, such as headlamps, turn signals, horns, fog lamps, etc.
  10.  
  11. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  12.  
  13. Remove the front bumper fascia extension.
  14.  
  15. Remove the bolts from the bumper impact bar and radiator lower air baffle, if equipped.
  16.  
  17. Remove the push-on retainers attaching the bumper fascia to the bumper impact bar.
  18.  
  19. Lower the vehicle and remove the bolts attaching the outer brackets to the front end inner structure.
  20.  
  21. With the aid of an assistant, remove the fascia carefully as not to scratch or damage the assembly.
  22.  

To install:
  1. With the aid of an assistant, install the fascia carefully as not to scratch or damage the assembly.
  2.  
  3. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  4.  
  5. Install the bolts attaching the outer brackets to the front end inner structure. Torque the bolts to 84 inch lbs. (9.5 Nm).
  6.  
  7. Install the push-on retainers attaching the bumper fascia to the bumper impact bar.
  8.  
  9. Install the bolts at the bumper impact bar and radiator lower air baffle, if equipped.
  10.  
  11. Install the front bumper fascia extension.
  12.  
  13. Connect all electrical equipment, such as headlamps, turn signals, horns, fog lamps, etc.
  14.  
  15. Install the fascia center bracket at the front end panel reinforcement.
  16.  
  17. Install bumper filler panel.
  18.  
  19. Install the air cleaner assembly, as required.
  20.  
  21. Connect the negative battery cable.
  22.  

Rear

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Open the rear compartment hatch.
  4.  
  5. Remove the rear left, right and center trim panel.
  6.  
  7. Remove the spare tire assembly.
  8.  
  9. Remove the left and right side tail lamps.
  10.  
  11. Remove the license plate bolts and bracket.
  12.  
  13. Remove the right and left side fascia nuts.
  14.  
  15. Remove the push-on retainers and lower screws.
  16.  
  17. With the aid of an assistant, remove the rear fascia.
  18.  

To install:
  1. With the aid of an assistant, install the rear fascia.
  2.  
  3. Install the push-on retainers and lower screws.
  4.  
  5. Install the right and left side fascia nuts.
  6.  
  7. Install the license plate bolts and bracket.
  8.  
  9. Install the left and right side tail lamps.
  10.  
  11. Install the spare tire assembly.
  12.  
  13. Install the rear left, right and center trim panel.
  14.  
  15. Close the rear compartment hatch.
  16.  
  17. Connect the negative battery cable.
  18.
