Rear Door Operating Vent Window Assembly

Print

Some rear doors have a movable vent window which are either manually or electrically operated. The window is held in place by mounting screws in the upper door frame and in the door belt return flange. The manual vent window has a latch handle which locks or opens the window. The electric vent window is operated by an electric motor and a drive cable assembly. It is controlled by a master switch on the left front armrest or by a switch on the rear door trim panel.
