REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION



Front
  1. Remove the right and left wheel well housing.
  2.  
  3. Remove the right and left fascia-to-fender bolts.
  4.  
  5. Remove the headlights.
  6.  
  7. Remove the right and left headlight frame-to-fascia fasteners, then remove the front fascia.
  8.  
  9. Detach the parking lamp connectors.
  10.  
  11. Remove the radiator airflow shields.
  12.  
  13. Unfasten the bumper-to-energy absorber bolts, then remove the front bumper.
  14.

To install:
  1. Position the bumper to the vehicle and secure with the bumper-to-energy absorber bolts. Tighten the bolts to 20 ft. lbs. (27 Nm).
  2.  
  3. Install the radiator air flow shields.
  4.  
  5. Attach the parking lamp electrical connectors.
  6.  
  7. Install the front fascia.
  8.  
  9. Install the right and left headlamp frame to fascia fasteners.
  10.  
  11. Install the headlamps.
  12.  
  13. Install the right and left fascia to fender bolts and tighten to 53 inch lbs. (6 Nm).
  14.  
  15. Install the right and left wheel well housing.
  16.  

Rear

  1. Remove the lower fascia-to-bumper fasteners.
  2.  
  3. Remove the upper fascia-to-bumper screws.
  4.  
  5. Unfasten the right and left bolts securing the fascia to the rear quarter panel, then remove the fascia.
  6.

  1. Unfasten the bumper retaining bolts, then remove the bumper from the vehicle.
  2.  
  3. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
