REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the dome lamp bezel and dome lamp assembly.
  4.  
  5. Remove the inside rearview mirror.
  6.  
  7. Remove the sunshades and inner support.
  8.  
  9. Remove the door opening laces.
  10.  
  11. Remove the screws and assist handles.
  12.  
  13. Remove the A-pillar trim panels.
  14.  
  15. Remove the drip rail weather-strips.
  16.  
  17. On 4-door models, remove the B-pillar upper trim panel from vehicle.
  18.  

The front listing wire is longer than the other wires.

  1. Remove the headliner and listing wires from vehicle.
  2.  
  3. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof flange.
  4.  

To install:
  1. Install 2-sided bondable tape to upper side of each roof flange. Tape should be applied no further than 10 mm from the end of roof flange.
  2.  
  3. Install the listing wires and headliner to vehicle. Pull headliner tight and secure it to the 2-sided bondable tape on the roof flanges. This will help to eliminate any wrinkles in the headlining. Be sure to eliminate wrinkles around center pillars when installing headlining material.
  4.  
  5. Install the dome lamp bezel and dome lamp assembly.
  6.  
  7. On 4-door models, install the B-pillar upper trim panel to vehicle.
  8.  
  9. Install the rear quarter window interior trim panel, hatchback door opening weatherstrip and drip rail weatherstrip on both sides of the vehicle.
  10.  
  11. Remove the A-pillar trim panels.
  12.  
  13. Install the assist handles and screws.
  14.  
  15. Install the sunshade inner supports and sunshades.
  16.  
  17. Install the rear view mirror.
  18.  
  19. Install the dome lamp and bezel.
  20.  
  21. Use an infrared lamp to warm the roof lining for 30-60 seconds. The heat will help remove the wrinkles that may develop.
  22.  
  23. Connect the negative battery cable.
  24.
