Any given sensor does not go into drive mode.

Low Tire Pressure System Sensors Not Learned

Possible Causes:



The BCM has not undergone the tire pressure sensor learn procedure.

Device 1 Voltage Low

Possible Causes:



This fault will be set if the ignition voltage to EBCM is less than 9.5 volts for 10 seconds and the vehicle speed is greater than 3 km/h (2 mph).
 

Trouble Code: C0901



Device 2 Voltage Low

Possible Causes:



Ignition 1 (IGN1) voltage to EBCM is less than 6.5 volts for 7 seconds.
 
Vehicle speed is greater than 3 km/h (2 mph).

Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator Solenoid Control Circuit

Possible Causes:



The PCM detects an open, a short to ground, or a short to voltage in the high control circuit of the CMP actuator solenoid, or an open in the low reference circuit of the CMP actuator solenoid for more than 0.25 second.

The PCM detects 8 of the last 10 cam sensor pulses occur during the incorrect crank position.

The PCM detects 25 out of the last 35 cam revolutions occur with 2 cam sensor pulses outside the CKP window.

Possible Causes:



P0030 or P0036
 
The PCM detects that the actual state of the affected HO2S heater low control circuit does not equal the expected state.
 
DTCs P0030 and P0036 set within 3 seconds when the above condition is met.

HO2S Heater Control Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2

Possible Causes:



P0030 or P0036
 
The PCM detects that the actual state of the affected HO2S heater low control circuit does not equal the expected state.
 
DTCs P0030 and P0036 set within 3 seconds when the above condition is met.
 

Trouble Code: P0068



Throttle Body Airflow Performance

Possible Causes:



The PCM detects that the calculated airflow rate is more than expected.
 
The above condition is present for more than 0.2 second.

The PCM detects that the MAF sensor frequency signal is less than 100 Hertz for more than 2 seconds.

The PCM detects that the MAF sensor frequency signal is more than 11,000 Hertz for more than 2 seconds.

The control module detects that the HO2S 1 Voltage parameter is less than 550 mV.
 
DTC P0131 sets within 100 seconds during the power enrichment test when the above condition is met.

HO2S Circuit High Voltage Sensor 1

Possible Causes:



P0132 Rich Test
 
The control module detects that the HO2S 1 parameter is more than 1,000 mV.
 
DTC P0132 sets within 15 seconds during the rich test when the above condition is met.
 
P0132 Decel Fuel Cutoff Test
 
The control module detects that the HO2S 1 parameter is more than 350 mV.
 
DTC P0132 sets within 40 seconds during the decel fuel cutoff test when the above condition is met.
 

Trouble Code: P0133



HO2S Slow Response Sensor 1

Possible Causes:

The control module detects that the HO2S 1 rich-to-lean or lean-to-rich average response time is more than 0.2 second.
 
DTC P0133 sets within 60 seconds when the above condition is met.

HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Sensor 1

Possible Causes:



P0134
 
The control module detects that the HO2S 1 parameter is between 400-500 mV.
 
DTC P0134 sets within 100 seconds when the above conditions are met.
 

Trouble Code: P0135



HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 1

Possible Causes:



P0135 Heater Current Test
 
The PCM detects that the HO2S 1 heater current parameter is more than 2.7 amps or less than 0.73 amp.
 
DTC P0135 sets within 30 seconds during the heater current test when the above condition is met.
 
P0135 Heater Resistance Test
 
The PCM detects that the HO2S 1 heater calculated resistance is not within an expected range at engine start-up.
 
DTC P0135 sets within 30 seconds during the heater resistance test when the above condition is met.
 

Trouble Code: P0136



HO2S Circuit Sensor 2

Possible Causes:



P0136
 
The control module detects that the HO2S 2 did not transition below 250 mV and above 650 mV during the passive test.
 
One of the following tests fail:

Possible Causes:



P0137 Lean Test
 
The control module detects that the HO2S 2 voltage parameter is less than 50 mV.
 
DTC P0137 sets within 100 seconds during the lean test when the above condition is met.
 
P0137 Power Enrichment Test
 
The control module detects that the HO2S 2 voltage parameter is less than 650 mV and the HO2S 1 parameter is more than 700 mV.
 
DTC P0137 sets within 10 seconds during the power enrichment test when the above condition is met.
 

Trouble Code: P0138



HO2S Circuit High Voltage Sensor 2

Possible Causes:



P0138 Rich Test
 
The control module detects that the HO2S 2 voltage parameter is more than 1,000 mV.
 
DTC P0138 sets within 100 seconds during the rich test when the above condition is met.
 
P0138 Decel Fuel Cutoff Test
 
The control module detects that the HO2S 2 voltage parameter is more than 300 mV.
 
DTC P0138 sets within 10 seconds during the decel fuel cutoff test when the above condition is met.
 

Trouble Code: P0140



HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Sensor 2

Possible Causes:



P0140
 
The control module detects that the HO2S 2 parameter is between 425-475 mV.
 
DTC P0140 sets within 100 seconds when the above conditions are met.
 

Trouble Code: P0141



HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 2

Possible Causes:



P0141 Heater Current Test
 
The PCM detects that the HO2S 2 heater current parameter is more than 2.3 amps or less than 0.6 amp.
 
DTC P0141 sets within 30 seconds during the heater current test when the above condition is met.
 
P0141 Heater Resistance Test
 
The PCM detects that the HO2S 2 heater calculated resistance is not within an expected range at engine start-up.
 
DTC P0141 sets within 5 seconds during the heater resistance test when the above condition is met.

Fuel Trim System Lean

Possible Causes:



The Long Term fuel trim weighted average value is more than a calibrated value.
 
The above condition is present for more than 2 seconds.
 

Trouble Code: P0172



Fuel Trim System Rich

Possible Causes:



The Long Term fuel trim weighted average value is less than a calibrated value.
 
The diagnostics have determined that a rich condition was not due to excessive vapor.
 
The above condition is present for more than 7 seconds.
