Clutch Release Cylinder
REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
Disconnect the clutch hose from the slave cylinder.
Unbolt the cylinder from the clutch housing and remove.
Inspect the cylinder for leakage or torn boots and repair or replace as required.
Apply a thin coating of grease to the contact points of the release fork and the cylinder and install the slave cylinder to the clutch housing. Tighten the cylinder retainer bolts to 11-16 ft. lbs. (15-22 Nm).
Connect the fluid line to the cylinder and tighten the fitting to 7-10 ft. lbs. (13-17 Nm).
Add clean DOT 3 brake fluid to the system and bleed.
