REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the ashtray.
  4.  
  5. Remove the screws at the bottom of the facia panel behind the ashtray.
  6.  
  7. Remove the fake switches at the top of the panel, as illustrated.
  8.  
  9. Remove the screws at the bottom of the facia panel.
  10.  
  11. Remove the facia panel.
  12.  
  13. Remove the control panel screws and pull the panel out far enough to disconnect the electrical harness, vacuum line and temperature control cable.
  14.  
  15. Remove the control panel.
  16.  

To Install:
  1. Connect the control panel electrical harness, vacuum line and temperature control cable.
  2.  
  3. Install the control panel and tighten screws securely.
  4.  
  5. Install the facia panel.
  6.  
  7. Install the screws at the bottom of the facia panel.
  8.  
  9. Install the fake switches at the top of the panel, as illustrated.
  10.  
  11. Install the screws at the bottom of the facia panel behind the ashtray.
  12.  
  13. Install the ashtray.
  14.  
  15. Check all the heater control panel functions for proper operation.
  16.
