Door Lock Motor



Removal & Installation
  1. Remove screws holding power window main switch to the door trim panel.
  2.  
  3. Remove the power window main switch from the driver's door trim panel.
  4.  
  5. Detach the connector from the switch to the window motor.
  6.  
  7. Installation is the reveres of the removal.
  8.  

Front Doors

NOTE
Put on gloves to protect your hands.

  1. Remove the front door trim.
  2.  
  3. Remove the glass.
  4.  
  5. Disconnect the wiring harness (A).

  7. Disconnect the lock rod (A) and outside handle rod (B).
  8.  
  9. Remove the door lock module (C).

  11. Installation is the reverse or removal.
    NOTE
    Make sure the connectors is plugged in properly and each cable is connected securely.


    NOTE
    Make sure the door locks and opens properly.


    NOTE
    Roll the glass and down to see if it moves freely without binding.

Rear Doors
  1. Remove the door trim.
  2.  
  3. Remove the glass.
  4.  
  5. Remove the rear channel.
  6.  
  7. Disconnect the power window motor connector (A), speaker connector (B) and actuator connector (C). Detach the harness clip.

  9. Remove the door module assembly (A).

  11. Installation is the reverse of removal. Make sure the door locks and opens properly.
