  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
  2.  
  3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  4.  
  5. Drain the radiator. Properly dispose the coolant.
    NOTE
    Be sure the engine is cold before draining the radiator. Do not allow coolant to spill on the drive belts.

  6.  
  7. Remove the air duct (inlet) and air cleaner case assembly.
  8.  
  9. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses.
  10.  
  11. Disconnect and plug the transmission fluid lines at the radiator, if equipped.
  12.  
  13. Disconnect and remove the fan assembly, as required.
  14.  
  15. Remove or reposition the radiator and shroud as required, to gain access in order to remove the radiator assembly.
  16.  
  17. Carefully lift the radiator upward and remove it from the vehicle.
    NOTE
    Do not damage or scratch the air conditioning condenser and radiator fins when removing the radiator.

  18.  

To install:

  1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
  2.  
  3. Be sure to fill the radiator with the proper grade and type engine coolant.
  4.  
  5. Start the engine and check for leaks. Correct as required.
  6.

  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.

  8.  
  9. Remove the radiator shroud.
  10.  
  11. Disconnect and plug the automatic transaxle fluid lines, if equipped.
  12.  
  13. Disconnect the reservoir tank hose.
  14.  
  15. Remove the radiator mounting bracket.
  16.  
  17. Remove the radiator from the vehicle.
    NOTE
    Do not damage or scratch the air conditioning condenser and radiator fins when removing the radiator.

To install:

  1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
  2.  
  3. Be sure to fill the radiator with the proper grade and type engine coolant.
  4.  
  5. Start the engine and check for leaks. Correct as required.

  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.

  3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  4.  
  5. Remove the engine cover. Remove the undercover.
  6.  
  7. Drain the radiator. Properly dispose the coolant.
    NOTE
    Be sure the engine is cold before draining the radiator. Do not allow coolant to spill on the drive belts.

  9. Disconnect and plug the automatic transmission fluid lines, if equipped.
  10.  
  11. Remove the air duct (inlet) and air cleaner case.
  12.  
  13. Remove the bracket mounting bolt for anchoring the air conditioning lines from the left side, so that the lines can be moved.
  14.  
  15. Remove the reservoir tank and bracket.
  16.  
  17. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses and the reservoir tank hose.
    NOTE
    Do not allow engine coolant to contact the drive belts.

  18.  
  19. Remove the cooling fan assembly.
  20.  
  21. Rotate the two upper radiator mount brackets 90 degrees in the direction shown.

  23. Remove the two air conditioning condenser mounting bolts located in the upper part of the radiator.
  24.  
  25. Remove the radiator by lifting it and pulling it in a rear direction. Disassemble the lower mount from the radiator core support center.
    NOTE
    Because the air condition condenser is onto the front lower portion of the radiator, moving to the rear direction should be kept at a minimum.

  27. Lift the condenser up and remove the radiator after disengaging the fitting at the front bottom surface.
  28.  
  29. After removing the radiator position the condenser on the radiator core support to prevent a load on the air conditioner lines and temporarily support it with rope.
  30.  

To install:

  1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
  2.  
  3. Be sure to fill the radiator with the proper grade and type engine coolant.
  4.  
  5. Start the engine and check for leaks. Correct as required.

  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.

  3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  4.  
  5. Drain the radiator. Properly dispose the coolant.
    NOTE
    Be sure the engine is cold before draining the radiator. Do not allow coolant to spill on the drive belts.

  7. Disconnect and plug the automatic transmission fluid lines, if equipped.
  8.  
  9. Remove the air duct (inlet) and air cleaner case.
  10.  
  11. Remove the left and right bolts at the end of the radiator core (two bolts on each side).
  12.  
  13. Lift the air conditioning condenser up about 0.79 inch (2 cm).
  14.  
  15. Remove the clips from the right and left flange parts of the condenser.
    NOTE
    Avoid putting pressure on the air conditioning lines, be careful not to lift them to high.

  16.  
  17. Lift up and remove the radiator from its mounting.
  18.  
  19. After removing the radiator position the condenser to prevent a load on the air conditioner lines and temporarily support it with rope.
  20.  

To install:

  1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
  2.  
  3. Align the identification marks to install the clips on the left and right side of the radiator core.
  4.  
  5. Be sure to fill the radiator with the proper grade and type engine coolant.
  6.  
  7. Start the engine and check for leaks. Correct as required.

  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.

  7. Remove the fan shroud, 2002-2004 vehicles.
  8.  
  9. Remove the cooling fan(s) assembly, 2005 vehicles.
  10.  
  11. Disconnect and plug the automatic transmission fluid lines.
  12.  
  13. Remove the left and right bolts at the end of the radiator core (two bolts on each side).
  14.  
  15. Lift the air conditioning condenser up about 0.79 inch (2 cm).
  16.  
  17. Remove the clips from the right and left flange parts of the condenser.
    NOTE
