Early production Utility models equipped with 4-134 engines were equipped with a Planar type, independent front suspension. All other 2WD Utility models are equipped with a solid I-beam type, reverse Elliot front suspension. Although not technically part of the drive train, the following 2WD front axle-related procedures have been included in this section.
