Possible Causes:



EVP sensor signal circuit is open between sensor and the PCM
 
EVP sensor signal circuit is shorted to ground
 
EVP sensor power (VREF) circuit is open
 
EVP sensor ground circuit is open
 
EVP sensor is damaged or has failed
 
PCM has failed

EVP sensor signal circuit is open between sensor and the PCM
 
EVP sensor signal circuit is shorted to ground
 
EVP sensor power (VREF) circuit is open

PCM has failed

Possible Causes:



VSS signal (+) or (-) circuit is open, shorted to ground or power
 
VSS is damaged or has failed

Air Fuel Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Signal Slow Response

Possible Causes:



A/F sensor connector is damaged or loose
 
A/F sensor circuit is open or shorted, or the sensor has failed
 
A/F sensor heater is damaged or has failed
 
A/F sensor heater relay circuit is open or the relay has failed
 
Fuel delivery component has failed (fuel pressure regulator, one or more fuel injectors is leaking or severely restricted)
 
Induction system problems (air leaks or restricted air filter)
 
PCM has failed

Air Fuel Sensor (Bank 2 Sensor 1) Signal Slow Response

Possible Causes:



A/F sensor connector is damaged or loose
 
A/F sensor circuit is open or shorted, or the sensor has failed
 
A/F sensor heater is damaged or has failed
 
A/F sensor heater relay circuit is open or the relay has failed
 
Fuel delivery component has failed (fuel pressure regulator, one or more fuel injectors is leaking or severely restricted)
 
Induction system problems (air leaks or restricted air filter)
 
PCM has failed

Air Fuel Sensor 1 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Signal Stuck "Lean"

Possible Causes:



A/FS1 signal circuit is open or shorted to ground
 
A/FS1 is damaged, contaminated or it has failed
 
Air induction system is severely restricted
 
Fuel Control component problems (e.g., low fuel pressure, or one or more severely restricted fuel injectors)
 
PCM has failed

Air Fuel Sensor 1 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Signal Stuck "Rich"

Possible Causes:



A/FS1 signal circuit is open or shorted to ground
 
A/FS1 is damaged, contaminated or it has failed
 
Air induction system is leaking (check for PCV system leaks)
 
Fuel component problem (high fuel pressure, leaking regulator or a leaking injector)
 
PCM has failed
