PCM Actuator Supply Voltage Circuit Malfunction

Possible Causes:



Actuator supply voltage circuit is open
 
Clear the codes and retest for this code. If the same code resets, substitute a known good control module and retest. If the trouble code is gone, the original PCM has failed.

Park/Neutral switch assembly is shorted

O/D direct clutch speed sensor circuit is open

Battery connections are dirty or loose

Fuel delivery component has failed (fuel pressure regulator, one or more fuel injectors is leaking or severely restricted)
