Possible Causes:



Knock sensor signal circuit is open, shorted to ground or power
 
Knock sensor ground circuit is open (i.e., not mounted properly)
 
Knock sensor is damaged or has failed
 
On modules with an integrated sensor, clear the codes and retest for codes. If the same code resets, the ECM has failed.

CKP sensor low reference circuit for an open/high resistance
 
CKP sensor 5-volt reference circuit for an open/high resistance or short to ground

Rear HO2S is loose in the mounting hole (check it for a leak)
