Possible Causes:



Fuel vapor hose blocked between EVAP purge valve and FTP sensor, or blocked between purge valve and intake manifold, or vacuum hose blocked between purge valve and intake manifold
 
EVAP canister purge solenoid stuck closed (mechanically)

Possible Causes:



Air filter element is extremely dirty or clogged
 
Canister drain cut valve (CDCV) is damaged or has failed
 
Charcoal canister is full of fuel or moisture, or is damaged

Fuel tank pressure sensor is damaged or out-of-calibration
 
Purge solenoid valve is damaged or has failed
