FLUID RECOMMENDATIONS

All Pickups and MPV models use either DEXRON II Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) or ATF Type F. Ensure that the fluid added to the power steering pump reservoir is new and clean.

LEVEL CHECK

See Figures 1, 2 and 3

The power steering reservoir is usually located on the left side of the engine. A dipstick is part of the cap. With the fluid hot-10 minutes of driving-the level should be between the F and L or Max/Min marks. If necessary, add the correct amount and type of fluid.
