REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
Remove the cotter pins and castellated nuts from the track rod joints. The 190D and 190E use only a self-locking hex nut.
Remove the track rod from the steering arms with a puller.
Check the track rod ends. The rods use 22 mm ball joints and should be replaced if either ball joints is defective.
Check the rubber sleeves. The ball joint should be replaced if the sleeve is defective.
Installation is the reverse of removal. Install the track rods so that the end with the left-hand threads is on the left side. Use new locknuts on the 190D and 190E.
