PCM has failed (the PCM provides the 5v VREF to the sensor)

CMP sensor signal circuit is open or shorted to ground

CMP sensor power circuit is open (check power to MFI relay)

PCM has failed (the PCM provides the 5v VREF to the sensor)

Fuel filler cap missing, loose (not tightened) or the wrong part
