REMOVAL & INSTALLATION



Front

  1. Locate and remove the four seat mounting bolts.
  2.  
  3. Disconnect any electrical harnesses attached to the seat.
  4.  
  5. Carefully lift the seat from the vehicle.
  6.  
  7. Installation is the reverse of removal.
  8.  
  9. Tighten the seat mounting bolts to 8-41 ft. lbs. (43-55 Nm).
  10.  

Rear

  1. Locate and remove the two mounting bolts under the bench portion of the rear seat.
  2.  
  3. Locate and remove the two mounting bolts at the bottom of the seat back.
  4.  
  5. If equipped with a pass-through opening/center armrest, remove the two screws from the frame.
  6.  
  7. On Altima, lift the seat back straight up to release it from the clips which attach it to the package shelf.
  8.  
  9. On 240SX, disengage the seat back lock and fold the seat down.
  10.  
  11. Carefully remove the seat from the vehicle.
  12.  
  13. Installation is the reverse of removal.
  14.  
  15. Tighten the seat mounting bolts to 8-41 ft. lbs. (43-55 Nm).
