Closed Throttle Position Switch Circuit Malfunction

Possible Causes:



Closed throttle position switch signal circuit is open or grounded
 
Closed throttle position switch signal circuit is shorted to power
 
Closed throttle position switch or TP sensor damaged or failed
 
PCM has failed
 

Trouble Code: P0605



PCM Internal Error

Possible Causes:



Clear the codes and retest for DTC P0605. If the same code resets, substitute a known good PCM and retest. If the code does not reset, the original PCM has failed.

MIL control circuit is open (high voltage condition)
