REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
- Raise and support the rear of the vehicle safely and remove the wheels.
- Remove brake caliper assembly. Refer to the necessary procedure. Make sure not to twist the brake hose.
- Remove the brake disc from the vehicle. On some models you can use 2 suitable bolts to press off the rotor, by screwing them into the two holes provided on the "top hat" portion of the rotor.
- Installation is the reverse of removal.
Check the brake rotor for roughness, cracks or chips. The rotor can be machined on a brake lathe most auto parts stores have complete machine shop service. The rotors should be machined or replaced during every rear disc brake pad replacement.
