REMOVAL & INSTALLATION



Front

  1. Remove the front door panel.
  2.  
  3. Remove the speaker attaching bolts.
  4.  

Take care not to damage the speaker cone.

  1. Pull the speaker from the plastic housing.
  2.  
  3. Depress the clip and disconnect the electrical harness.
  4.  

To install:
  1. Connect the speaker electrical harness.
  2.  
  3. Position the speaker in the plastic housing.
  4.  
  5. Install and tighten the speaker attaching bolts.
  6.  

Hand-tighten the screws only. Overtightening can damage the plastic housing.

  1. Install the front door panel.
  2.  

Rear

The speaker grilles on this vehicle are attached to the package shelf from the underside by four screws. The package shelf must be removed to remove the speaker grilles.

  1. Remove the rear seat.
  2.  
  3. Remove the package shelf.
  4.  
  5. Remove the four speaker attaching screws.
  6.  

Take care not to damage the speaker cone.

  1. Pull the speaker from the plastic housing.
  2.  
  3. Depress the clip and disconnect the electrical harness.
  4.  

To install:
  1. Connect the speaker electrical harness.
  2.  
  3. Position the speaker, then install and tighten the four speaker attaching screws.
  4.  
  5. Install the package shelf.
  6.  
  7. Install the rear seat.
  8.
