Possible Causes:



Transmission solenoid 'B' circuit open or shorted to ground
 
Transmission solenoid 'B' circuit open or shorted to power (B+)
 
Transmission solenoid 'B' is damaged or has failed
 
TCM has failed

Possible Causes:



Shift Solenoid 'B' control circuit open or shorted to ground
 
Shift Solenoid 'B' control circuit shorted to VREF or power (B+)

PCM has failed

PCM Backup Circuit Malfunction

Possible Causes:



PCM Backup circuit (to battery) is open or shorted to ground
 
Clear the codes and retest for DTC P1065. If the same code resets, substitute a known good PCM and retest. If the code does not reset, the original PCM has failed

Intake valve timing control solenoid circuit is open
