  1. Drain brake fluid as necessary.
  2.  
  3. Remove or disconnect the following:

    Wheel
     
    Union bolt
     
    Caliper-to-torque member slide pins, or remove the caliper and torque member as an assembly.
     
    Brake caliper
     

  4.  

To install:

  1. Install or connect the following:

    Brake caliper, tighten torque member bolts to 155 ft. lbs. (210 Nm); the caliper slide pins to 32 ft. lbs. (44 Nm)
     
    Union bolt and tighten to 13 ft. lbs. (18 Nm)
     

  2.  
  3. Fill the master cylinder and bleed the brake system.
  4.  
  5. Install the wheels.
  6.

  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
  2.  
  3. Drain brake fluid as necessary.

To install:
